Company Profile
In 1941, Egyptian Engineering and Automotive Supply Agencies – EEASA – was established in Cairo by Mr. Robert Dayoub, current President of the company, as an importer & distributor of industrial equipment for the metal & wood working industry. It then expanded its activity to cover various industries, to include water works, automotive service equipment, and finally raw materials as supplies for respective industries.
In 1976, Egyptian Engineering Agencies – EEA – was established as a limited proprietorship, to cover the ever-increasing demand of the industry. Mr. Dayoub’s three sons – two of them mechanical engineers – joined the company and expanded its activities, creating five main divisions : machine tools, wood working machinery, utilities, chemicals, and automotive service equipment.
In 1994, another limited proprietorship International Trading Co. was established and operated, under the commercial name Dayco.
To further establish its strength in the Egyptian market, EEA changed its legal status from a limited proprietorship, to a joint stock company, retaining the same line of products and services.
